If you are unsatisfied with the live or fresh seafood that you received, we will arrange the replacement or refund as long as the seafood is returned in its original condition.

Request for exchange or refund must be made within 30 minutes of receiving the item from our delivery guy.
Please call our representative at 016 662 7015.

For the arrangement of return & refund, Grand Seafood Sdn Bhd will process the refund to the customer who paid via bank transfer, within 7 working days. While for customers who paid via credit card, the refund process will takes within 30 working days. The refunds shall not include other charges like delivery charge.

Cancellation of order is not acceptable once we have received the payment for the order.
